Secret Life...The Games We Play

Amy comes up with schemes to get Ricky to marry her. Ricky secretly confides in John that he is going to propose to Amy on the night of graduation. Jesse upsets Lauren when he tells her he loves her because he wants to sleep with her. Jack admits to Madison that he's in love with Grace, but wants to take Madison to the senior dance as friends. Adrian is upset that Dante hasn't called her. Ben tells Leo to send Camille flowers to reconnect with her. Anne finds out Nora is living with George. Henry breaks up with Alice. Adrian asks Katelyn if she can "graduate" with her class and still finish her requirements over the summer. While looking for Dante, Adrian runs into Daniel's brother Omar and is smitten. Madison puts her foot down and decides to not go to the graduation dance with Jack as his consolation prize. Jack asks Grace and Daniel to go with him instead. Jesse and Lauren make up.  Anne and Nora hit it off as friends. Bunny guesses that Ricky is going to propose to Amy.

The Lying Game...

Ted Mercer (Emma’s new dad while she’s pretending to be Sutton) invites Emma to the annual father-daughter dance at the Country Club, and Emma is terrified because she possesses no ballroom dancing skills whatsoever – unlike Sutton. Ethan works at the club and gives Emma dance lessons in order to help prepare her for the big night. Meanwhile they attempt to figure out where Sutton disappeared to in LA and also who broke into her bedroom and stole her laptop.

Alex Rybak, Mads’ father and Sutton’s god father, grills Emma to see if she’s had any contact with his son, Thayer (Mads’ older brother), who recently moved to LA. Speaking of brothers, Ethan’s older brother (the cop) catches Ethan using his work computer at the police station to see if anyone matching Sutton’s description has been arrested or admitted to a hospital in LA. Dan warns Ethan to stay away from Sutton, that she is nothing but trouble.

After several days of dance lessons, dress shopping, and learning how to impersonate Sutton, the big day is finally upon Emma, who is extremely nervous that everyone will figure out she is a fraud when they realize she can’t dance. But Emma is able to pull it off without too many missteps.

Later, Sutton finally contacts Emma and Ethan. She tells them that the trail in LA has run a little cold, but that she’ll call them shortly once she has new info regarding the whereabouts of their biological mother.

Just an update. Secret life and Lying Game are all new tomorrow.

Nine Lives Summer Finale... Beautiful Day

It started out perfect, with Alek and Chloe, Amy and Paul, and Jasmine and Zane on a date at a fair. They're all happy and excited. Then Chloe travels with Brian to meet his Grandmother, and after they leave, we found out that his Grandmother has something to do with all of his family's problems. He confronts his father about his mother, and they get in a big fight. Chloe tells her mom that she thinks she's in love with Brian, but doesn't want to be. Her mom tells her that you love who you love, and as Chloe walks into the other room, she sees Alek, and they get into a big fight. Brian goes to find Chloe, who was leaving her house, so she could meet her father. He took her to some restrauant and she thought he left so she started running to the park, where he finally caught up with her. She walked inside, but it was a trap. She quickly defeated three men, however Brian's dad's consoltant was there with a gun, and killed her. Brian runs in and starts telling Chloe he loves her. She wakes up on her 7th life and they started kissing.  Meanwhile Zane stand Jasmine up for their date, goes to her house, kills Valentina, and Jasmine. Chloe's mom's meeting was actually with Brian's dad, and at the end she gets in his car, leading you to believe she will soon be dead too. Alek walks in on the dead Jasmine and Valentina, and see's Zane. Alek tells him that he was going to kill him. And Zane asked him if that was any way to talk to his brother. And finally Amy and Paul find a crying Chloe with a dead Brian in her lap.

Pretty Little Liars... Touched by an A-ngel

It’s college fair day in Rosewood and attendance is optional. Spencer (who attended the college fair last year) spends the better part of the day packing up Ian’s things before Melissa returns to Rosewood. Toby finds his yearbook and together they decipher that Ian, Jason and Garrett were all friends and a part of a made up club, “The NAT Club” based on a Latin phrase meaning “we see all”.

Hanna is trying to play nice with her future stepsister but in her frustration she embarrasses Kate and quickly makes Kate her nemesis. Meanwhile, Spencer and Emily have told Aria about the creepy sleeping pictures Jason had of her in his dark room, but when she confronts him he explains to Aria that it was a roll of pictures he found in Ali’s things. He planned on giving it to her as a gift. Aria buys his explanation. Spencer, seeing that Aria is not listening to her advice to stay away from Jason, goes to Ezra and tells him that he’s dangerous. Ezra stops Aria from going into Jason’s house and steps up for the sake of their relationship declaring that it’s time to tell her parents about them. Little does he know Ella spotted Ezra and Spencer together earlier – and was not pleased.

“A” has determined that Emily is the weakest link and insists that it’s time she breaks. She harasses Emily to the breaking point, crashing Emily’s massage appointment by discreetly massaging Emily before the masseuse starts! About to break, Emily goes to call Anne Sullivan but gets an “A” text. She ultimately goes to the girls for emotional support and they discuss Garrett, Jason, Ian and the NAT club. They think “A” could be a group of people who have been stalking them together.

Secret Life Sneak Peeks

Secret Life... 4-1-1

Amy and Ricky are broken up because Amy listened to Ricky's voicemail from Adrian behind his back. Ethan (the foster kid) comes to Ricky for help when he gets in trouble with the authorities for texting a nude picture of his ex-girlfriend to his classmates. Ben tells Adrian she can live in their condo until she graduates college, she surprisingly makes out with him. Amy finds out she's not the only person who checks people's phone message, George, Madison, and Lauren all admit to it, eventually so does Ricky. Grace offers to set Adrian up with one of Daniel's friends so she lays off Ricky. Ashley and Toby turn down another job for experimental testing. Adrian hooks up with a guy in Daniel's apartment building, Dante. Amy and Ricky make up even though Adrian is relentless with her texts to Ricky.

Lying Game... Pilot

The pilot starts with Emma, a sporty and independent teen who is in foster care. She's obviously unhappy about her situation, especially since the son of her foster parent is trying to take advantage of her.
Cut to Sutton, her identical twin who lives with her rich adopted family. Alexandra Chando plays both twins - a hard role to handle but one that she tackles well. Sutton and Emma have just found out about each other and are trying to find their biological parents.
When Emma's foster-brother sets her up as a thief, she takes off and makes a run to the only place she knows - Sutton's home. From there, things get crazy as Sutton tells Emma that they need to trade places so that Sutton can go follow a lead on their real parents. Sutton takes off to Los Angeles, leaving Emma to pretend that she's her twin.
Emma tries to fit in with Sutton's friends and family but everyone is surprised at how different Sutton is. The first day of school is especially tricky, as Emma tries to navigate this new social scene and has to play a tennis match against Sutton's rival. At the end of the match she catches Sutton's boyfriend making out with her rival.

Meanwhile, there's someone creepy hanging around Emma. It's the brooding guy from school, Ethan. When she confronts him though she finds out the truth - that Sutton has been secretly dating him this summer. Ethan's on to her and knows that she's not really Sutton.

At the end of the episode of The Lying Game the mystery grows as Emma is supposed to go meet Sutton in a mysterious cabin but Sutton doesn't turn up. A panicked Emma returns to the house to find that her bedroom has been broken into and her computer's been stolen. The pilot ends on the real Sutton in Los Angeles. She sits in a car waiting for someone; but when the door opens, she screams in fear. Quite a suspenseful ending.

The Lying Game series is worth the watch. The show is fun, suspenseful and dramatic. Plus, the wardrobe they have on all the girls is great! This should be a perfect match for fans of Pretty Little Liars. Especially because the books were both written by Sara Shepard. I've read all 9 of the Pretty Little Liars books. And I'm currently in the middle of The Lying Game. So far, it seems like a hit.

Nine Lives... Responsible

Meredith hosts an awkward dinner with Frank and his daughter, who Chloe has to entertain. They start to click, talking about boys, and Chloe tells Frank's daughter to share her feelings with the boy she likes. This leads to her running away with the older boy, who abducts her, but Chloe saves the day and frees a bunch of girls from a human trafficking group. Meanwhile, Alek and Brian lock horns over Chloe, and Jasmine continues her new romance with Zane. Chloe pickes Alek over Brian. But will that last?

Pretty Little Liars... Picture This

Jason has creeped into Aria’s dreams and she’s unsure of how to stop thinking about him. Meanwhile, Spencer and Emily break into Jason's shed and find developed pictures of Aria sleeping. They try urgently to get in contact with Aria, but she's with Jason at that moment and he kisses her! Aria eventually stops him and says that she’s unavailable.
Caleb tells Hanna that the creepy man who was following him was hired by his mother to come find him. His mother has invited him to come to Montecito, CA to visit her other family. Upset he was the one let go, he resists but Hanna tells him he should at least call his mother and hear her side. Caleb ultimately goes to meet her. He promises Hanna he will return for her.

Emily is still under A's thumb in regards to her test results and is being forced to ask one of Samara's good friends for her number. Samara breaks up with her saying that Emily did it just to spite her because of her closeness with her friend at the fashion show.
