SECRET LIFE/PRETTY LITTLE LIARS

All New Episodes....Yay...Here are some clips from next weeks episodes.

Pretty Little Liars...Never Letting Go

This episode was a little calmer than last week’s super scary episode, but no Pretty Little Liars episode is complete without a creepy appearance by A! This week, the girls are prettier than ever and modeling in a fashion show. However, things get weird when Alison’s mom asks the girls to plan a tribute to Ali and to wear Ali’s unused dresses at the show. Aria tries to help Jason remember what happened the night Ali died, and although he is upset by this, their romantic tension is even thicker by the end of the episode! Emily’s mom contemplates moving to Texas and leaving Emily in Rosewood with Hanna’s family, and Emily realizes Samara isn’t taking their relationship as seriously as she is. Hanna’s mom and dad might get back together, and so might Hanna and Caleb! Spencer is upset when she discovers that Mona has taken over control of the fashion show and wonders why her dad is mad at Mrs. DiLaurentis. The girls strut their stuff on the catwalk, but their moment is ruined when someone messes with their tribute to Alison! Can the PLL’s EVER catch a break?

Secret Life...Don't go in There

Ben wakes up hung-over and decides to move out of his apartment with Adrian. Jack reveals to Grace that he broke up with Madison. Adrian surprises everyone and returns to school and to Ben's dismay acts like nothing is wrong. A nervous Rachel leaves Tom alone with the children while she goes on a business trip. It turns out Tom isn't as excited about being a parent as he thought he would be. Adrian learns from Katelyn (the guidance counselor) if she continues with summer school she'll graduate in time for college in the fall. Adrian lies to Amy and everyone else at school and pretends that she and Ben are happy. Ricky has an interview at a local college, but the interview goes horribly wrong when the interviewer (Karlee Carmichael) hits on him. The situation gets worse when a scorned Karlee tells Katelyn that Ricky won't be getting into school there because he was the one that tried to pressure her into sex. Reverend Stone lets slip to Kathleen that Grace's new boyfriend, Daniel, is in college. Daniel stops by to meet Kathleen, she actually takes a liking to him and they end up playing a prank on Grace. Grace tries to sneak out of the house to meet Daniel but ends up falling asleep in his car alone while Daniel's inside eating dinner with Kathleen. Adrian begs Ben to be civil and at least hold hands with her at school. Ben decides to move back in with Adrian just as friends and he tells her he'll live in the nursery. Adrian couldn't be happier.

Secret Life Sneak Peeks....DON'T GO IN THERE

Things seem to be going well for Amy and Ricky. And I'm really excited for this episode.
Airs Monday July 18th ABC Family.

Glee Graduates

High school will apparently not last forever for the characters in Glee. Word is, some of the main cast will be exiting the show after the series’ third season. Fans of Lea Michele, Cory Monteith and Chris Colfer may have to look for them elsewhere because come Fall 2012, they won’t be found at William McKinley High. The directors have also said there may be fellow members of glee joining them at graduation. You'd think Quinn, Santana, and Brittany would also be graduating, however in a recent season 2 episode you saw them all going to JUNIOR prom. Let's hope the writers are also thinking about that.

Besides the graduating class, Sam Evans will not be returning to glee. Which leaves us with some questions: What ever happened with Sam and Mercedes? And did Sam's family ever get back on there feet? But Will new characters be introduced to glee, or not?

Next Week

Next week I'll be going on a four day hike. Leaving early Monday morning and not getting back until midday Thursday. Therefore, I will not be able to watch SECRET LIFE, PRETTY LITTLE LIARS, SWITCHED AT BIRTH, OR NINE LIVES. Until Thursday. I will try and have my blog updated at the soonest possible hour. Sorry.

Pretty Little Liars

On the heels of finding Ian’s body and a suicide note in which he admits to killing Alison, the girls try to get closure. But “A” spurs Emily to take a closer look at the note, and Emily realizes that “A” formed the note through the texts that “A” sent the girls, making Ian’s confession false. She tells Emily, Spencer and Aria the news and they are shocked.
Spencer tells her parents that they must have an official funeral for Ian so Melissa can find closure with Ian’s death. The Little Liars attend to support the Hastings family. At the funeral, Aria gets disappointed when she and Ezra are still unable to go public with their relationship.
Meanwhile, Jason has a vulnerable moment with Aria at the funeral in which he admits that he blacked out the night that Ali disappeared and when he woke up found a note in his pocket saying, “I know what you did.” He believed that he may have accidentally killed Ali but Ian’s alleged confession proves that he didn’t.
Later, “A” sends the girls to the cemetery and projects the video of Ali with Ian up onto the Mausoleum wall. But this time, the video reveals more! The girls see that Ali got up and walked away from the confrontation that they thought was Ian killing Ali.

Nine Lives

This week on the Nine Lives of Chloe King, Chloe gets some surprise visitors, two Mai from South America. Nikki and Lilah come as both a shock to Chloe and to Jasmine, who is more suspicious than her naïve Uniter. Their visit is kicked off strangely when one says to Jasmine, “Uniter belongs to all of us”…creepy.
In other Chloe news, her dad emailed back! Is it just me or wasn’t he supposed to be dead? Chloe is suspicious as well and asks him to send her a message so she’s sure. Perhaps her father really is the one on the other end? If so, why has he been hiding out pretending to be dead?
Back in the human world Amy is having a few issues with Paul, apparently there perfect relationship isn’t so perfect, and Amy wants Paul to kick it up a notch in the romance department. Perhaps a best friend doesn’t also make the best boy friend? To sort things out for Amy, Chloe spills the beans to Paul and tells him to take things to the next level. Obviously Paul did not get the memo that she meant romantically and surprised Amy by lying naked in her bed. Wrong move Paul.

Nine Lives... All Apologies

So this episode was pretty interesting. We found out a lot about Lana, as well as Chloe. Chloe adjusts to having sonic hearing, but she ignores Alek's advice to use it only when necessary. Meanwhile, Whitley resorts to bribery when the Order dismisses him; and Alek and Jasmine put Chloe on a rigorous nighttime training schedule. And can I just say. Chloe and Alek..Cutest Couple, besides Make it or Break it's Austin and Kaylie. We just love them. I'd continue watching these, but if your not, you have not a lot of catching up to do.

Pretty Little Liars...Blind Dates

Hanna and Caleb
To celebrate Emily’s (“A”-orchestrated) “acceptance” to Danby University, Pam invites Samara over for dinner. Samara is able to convince Pam that Danby won’t be the only school interested in offering Emily a scholarship, giving Emily time to figure out what to do next.
Lucas worries about his upcoming date with Danielle, so he asks Hanna to double with him and tells her to bring Caleb. Unfortunately it backfires. Danielle thinks that HANNA is interested in Lucas! To convince Danielle that there is no longer anything between her and Lucas, Hanna and Caleb pretend to be on a real date. Hanna goes to the therapist alone for the first time, but isn’t willing to open up to her. However, after Lucas thanks her for helping him with Danielle, Hanna realizes that she can’t allow Ali to control her life anymore. She goes to see Dr. Sullivan again and confronts her past. After the session, Dr. Sullivan’s office is trashed!
Meanwhile, Aria learns that Mike has been lying about playing basketball after school every day, and wonders what he’s up to. And Spencer goes to Wren to ask him for help in tracking down Ian, but he refuses. She is finally able to convince him to trick Melissa into bringing him to Ian, so Spencer can follow them there. When Wren gets the word, the Little Liars follow Melissa to a cabin in the woods—where they find Ian’s dead body.

It was a shocking episode, that was truely amazing. I'd be sure to watch it.

TWISTED

I know you all tune in to this site to hear about tv shows. However today I'm going to tell you about a book. Twisted, the ninth book in the PRETTY LITTLE LIARS series. It is an incredible book. Came out today (July 5 2011). And I've already read it. Now the books go in this order: Pretty Little Liars, Flawless, Perfect, Unbelievable, Wicked, Killer, Heartless, Wanted, Twisted. There will be three more books, after Twisted and there's been rumor that the 10th one will be called Ruthless, but I'm not positive. Here's an exclusive over view of TWISTED. It's been a year since the mystery of Alison DiLaurentis' disappearance was finally solved, and Aria, Emily, Hanna, and Spencer think they've heard the last of A. Silly girls. Don't they know by now that things only look perfect in Rosewood-especially when you're a pretty little liar? They never learn.

Aria is jealous of her boyfriend's new exchange student. Spencer is getting a little too cozy with her soon-to-be-stepbrother. Hanna is one scandalous photo away from ruining her dad's Senate campaign. And Emily will do anything to get a swim scholarship . . . but that's not all.

Last spring break in Jamaica, the liars did something unforgivable. All four of them are desperate to forget that fateful night--but all secrets wash ashore . . . eventually.
I've been a fan of these books since I read the first one, and can I just say. They get more cunning and interesting as they go along. And i definitley recommend reading them.

Secret Life....Mistakes

Amy convinces Ricky that John is sick so they spend the night at the emergency room. Ricky accidentally calls Amy his “wife”. Amy isn’t happy when Ricky retracts the “wife” statement, and Ricky finally sees how people treat Amy as a teenage parent. It turns out John is fine, he just says “ow” because his parents keeps fighting. Meanwhile Leo tells Ben he cannot get a divorce, he promised Adrian “for better or worse.” Leo knows he must stick it out the same, especially when Betty tells him marrying him was the best decision she ever made. Adrian suspects Ben is unhappy and decides to trick him by asking what he thinks of her moving to NYC for cosmetology school. Ben is overtly happy, he secretly hopes this is the way out of his marriage. Ashley tells George she and Toby are staying in Florida without his grandma. George tells Ashley she has to get a job or come home. Reverend Stone comes back to town, there is a possibility both of Jack’s parents will move back. Daniel asks Grace to be his girlfriend. Kathleen and Madison separately think Jack may still have feelings for Grace. Tom isn’t having fun now that his girlfriend and her kids are living with him in the guest house. Adrian calls her doctor to see if it’s too soon for her to get pregnant again. And it's just so adorable how Ricky keeps calling Amy his wife. I think he did it three times in this episode, which kind of caused them to be on edge. But in the end, they made up. Such a cute couple after all. And if you haven't noticed, this season's poster is Amy and Ricky dressed to wed.

Switched At Birth

Kathryn and John discover Bay sneaking around with Ty and as punishment they invite him over to an awkward family dinner. Before the dinner, Kathryn tries to talk to Bay about sex. Meanwhile, Regina goes on a date with Bruce despite Kathryn’s warning about him being a player.
Toby enlists Daphne and Emmett’s to help at Wilke’s poker game because of their ability to read people. At the poker game, things are going very well for Toby! In fact, he wants Emmett and Daphne to stay awhile longer. Daphne told Bay she would be at the dinner with their families and Ty, so she’s hesitant to stay, but Toby talks her into it. Emmett, however, is tired of helping Toby win unfairly, so he leaves. During the final hand, Daphne misreads Wilke and Toby loses – big time. He is furious with Daphne.
Meanwhile, back at the Kennish residence, Bay is stuck at dinner with her mom, dad and Ty. Dinner takes a bad turn when Ty reveals that he’s enlisted in the army -- and is leaving next week. Bay had no idea! After much thought, and considering the fact that he’s leaving, Bay decides she doesn’t want to have sex with Ty. But it still breaks her heart to say goodbye to Ty.
And Bay and Daphne realize Toby lost a lot more money playing poker than they thought.

LIKE I SAID, THIS SHOW IS OKAY, BUT IT ALL JUST IS A LITTLE TOO PREDICTABLE, AND SOMETIMES, A LITTLE BORING.
